Follow your passion for menopause

People may call what happens at midlife “a crisis”.    But it’s not.  It’s an unraveling – a time when you feel a desperate pull to live the life you want to live.  Not the one you are “supposed” to live.  The unraveling is a time when you are challenged by the universe to let go of who you think you are supposed to be and to embrace who you are.

I’m right here, right now!

I’ve been percolating on some ideas these last number of months, seeking to rebalance my life and focus.  I’ve played the conventional game for the last twenty years.

I love to write so I’ll be doing more of that.

I want to help people find a wellness balance in their lives.  As a Doctor of Pharmacy, in practice, I see many lives dependent on toxic substances, in their home, and in their bodies.  There isn’t room in the conventional thinking of wellness in a natural sense.  I want to make room in my life to develop that.

Have you made the transition to follow your passions?

I’d love to know, and how you are doing!

Let’s keep in touch!
